18:15 Thursday’s Flow to Float Arm Balance Focus with Alex.

Each week, following a heat building vinyasa, we will focus on a different arm balance. There will be time to explore the the core of the pose, build upper arm and body strength and work on flexibility.

Arm balances are loads of fun. They teach us how to approach and deal with challenges both on and off the mat because they require determination, practice and an open attitude. This class has something for everyone. Work towards postures such as Crow, Side Crow, Eight Angle and Firefly. Challenge yourself, take your practice to the next level and leave with a sense of achievement.
