At The Refinery we have a wide and varied timetable of fitness classes to suit all levels. From HIIT, Tabata, cardio blast, kettle bell training, Insanity and body conditioning. Our trainers are enthusiastic and will challenge everyone to their highest level, building stamina and strength. Equipment – such as resistance bands, medicine balls and hand weights may be used to add challenge or assistance throughout the classes.
