Gong Bath Connect and Create with Marta.
Marta will start the session leading you through some poses and breathing techniques to strengthen your nervous system in preparation for the vibration of the Gong. This will enable you to go deeper into the experience.
It will be followed by a candle-lit Sound Healing session through the resonance of a Symphonic Gong accompanied by shamanic drums, koshi chimes, rain sticks and other sound healing instruments.
We are very excited to be putting on these 2 Brand New workshops with Shaun, who will be sharing his expertise in the field of Thai massage and hands on work.
