This workshop is suitable for all levels: from beginners who are just starting their inversion practice, to more experienced practitioners who are comfortable upside down. There will be lots of options tailored to different levels.
We will start with drills to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and technique, to give you the confidence to be inverted.
We will work on headstand (Sirsasana), including transitioning to arm balances; forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana) and handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).
This is a safe and playful space to provide you with the knowledge and support you need on your inversion journey.
