Join Nick for a special celebration of togetherness. Come alone, with a friend or with a loved one as we unite to enjoy the benefits of partner yoga.
In the first half of the workshop we will enjoy a dynamic partner flow to warm up and have fun with group games and exercises challenging your strength, balance and communication.
In the second half we will stretch out with yin yoga with the added support of partner yoga. This will help students to dive deeper into each pose and discover a new sense of muscular tension release. We will finish with some basic yoga massage techniques and a deep delicious relaxation.
