I believe everybody has the potential to feel healthy and well but many of us don’t feel that way. We live in a fast paced, high stress world which can affect our health, how we nourish ourselves and ultimately how our mind and body responds to, and heals itself from, dis-ease.

Our body presents symptoms when one or more systems are out of balance or undernourished. And often our symptoms don’t sit in isolation, which means if we understand the root cause of what you’re experiencing we can find the best path for you to regain health.
I know from my own experience how making changes to improve our health is hard and confusing. My ill health led me to my career in health and wellness and now I want to pass that on and share my knowledge to help you. We’re all individuals with our own challenges, so my approach draws on research and uses frameworks which are adapted to your specific needs.
As a Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM, mBANT, rrCNHC, mANP) and certified Health Coach my aim is to help you find the best route to better health, in a way that works for you.
