I am a Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM, rCNHC, mBANT, mANP) with over 200 hours of clinical experience.

I work with people who are suffering from modern-day mental health disorders: burnout, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, insomnia, addiction, fatigue, emotional eating, on the stress treadmill to complete breakdown or broken down. Plus all of the health conditions that are linked: gut issues such as bloating, constipation, IBS or SIBO, Crohn’s, eczema, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, obesity, thyroid issues, high blood pressure, fertility problems, autoimmune conditions…the list goes on.

With any of these, the food you eat can have a massive impact. After working with me for a comprehensive 1:1 you will be given a personalised evidence-based nutrition plan, recipe ideas, meal planning advice, and access to The Toolkit – methods I use to maintain my physical and mental wellbeing.

My belief is that you can eat all the balanced, healthy, organic, super, whole foods in the world but if your nervous system is off balance it’s not going to benefit your health as much as it should. If we are in a constant state of fight or flight there are many systems and mechanisms that will reduce in function, throwing the body off balance and into a state of survival mode.

Price £250 which includes a free follow up on Zoom.

Consultation prices include a 75 minute session at the Refinery and a 30 minute follow up via Zoom.

In the 75 minute session we will talk through your goals and where you’re at. We will go through a family medical history, past or present medication, and food intake. We then look at each system of your body, discussing symptoms and imbalances in depth, and patterns of behaviour, lifestyle and activities that you enjoy.

This will give a clear picture of your three pillars of health: The fuel you choose to nourish your body with, the space you surround yourself in (the people, the experiences), and the stories you tell yourself which keep you stuck.

From this we build a plan that is unique to you and inspires you. This will include a bespoke nutrition plan, recipes, shopping lists, health sheets, supplements, suggestions of tests for further investigation, and access to The Toolkit which includes meditations, breath techniques, and yoga poses to practice in your own time.

This comprehensive, personalised plan plus relevant extras will be sent within 24 hours of the appointment. Then we will follow-up and modify your plan based over zoom 6 weeks later based on what’s working and what’s not.
