Here’s a sneak peek at a Tuesday pilates / mattitude class timetable:
Full-body conditioning: 8am
this class provides a full-body workout including core, arms, legs, glutes, balance and stretch. Equipment such as ankle weights and pilates balls may be used to max out the burn factor. You will develop longer, leaner definition and better balance and flexibility.

Mattitude is fun-fuelled, fast class where you hit the mat for some tough ab work and may include small nut mighty moves using resistance bands, hoops and balls. This is dynamic pilates that will not only get your heart pumping and burn off those calories but you’ll experience total body conditioning.
