Before building a booty you need to activate it!

This workshop will show you how to switch your glutes on, get them working properly and how to keep them switched on during your training. We will also review other areas of hips and core that contribute to weak glutes and tight hips.

Train with female body coach Alexandra Stone to learn how to activate your glute muscles to enhance your performance and function. Weak glutes contribute to back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain and a many other symptoms.
