Simple ingredients and 2 minutes to prepare this power packed smoothie will set you up for the day with up to 3 full servings of fruit and veg.  High in fibre and protein with a salty-sweet balance it’s sure to keep you feeling full ’till lunch!!
Play around and make this smoothie your own. Sub almond butter for peanut butter, try coconut mylk instead of hazelnut, use just blueberries instead of mixed berries or try a different leafy green in place of spinach.

 

Ingredients:

250ml Mylk of your choice (Rude Health Hazelnut is good)

Organic Frozen Spinach (2 balls) 

Organic Frozen Berries (1/3 Cup) 

1 Frozen Banana 

1 Tablespoon Organic Peanut Butter 

1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen 

1 Teaspoon Raw Cacao Powder

1 Teaspoon Milled Flax Seeds (Try Linwoods)

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Scoop Super Greens

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy, adding more mylk, frozen berries or bananas to thin/thicken, respectively. Serve immediately.
