With summer (kind of) here it’s very easy to say yes to everything, being available and not missing out! Although we naturally have more energy during this time of year we and can often go too hard too quickly and burn out. Saying yes yes yes all of the time will mean that later we have to say no – and we might end up having to say no to the something we really want to do. How about saving your energy, abstaining every now and then to save your YES’s for the good stuff?!  Saying no to a few parties doesn’t mean you have to stay in – balance your energy and your body with a fun class, yoga, meditation or barre – maybe try a new class you wouldn’t usually go to. Maybe try taking a walk that’s different to your usual route. Think about how great it will feel to say no every now and then, the positive impact in has on both your mind and your body!!
