‘I can’t sit still for 10 minutes’ ‘My thoughts are too loud, I can’t switch them off, I can’t possibly meditate’ ‘I have too much to do, I don’t have time for that’ ‘I’m way too much of a fidget, sitting quietly just isn’t for me’

These are some of the things that go through peoples minds at the mention of the M word.  However, meditation is for ‘every body’ and should be experienced by everyone. It is a powerful tool that once learned how to use, can transform your life. Reducing stress, increasing clarity and bringing calm and peace into your world.
