INGREDIENTS
90g oats
1 banana
2 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
1-2 scoops of protein powder – chocolate by purition tastes goood
2 tbsp flax meal
METHOD
Put all ingredients in a blender until well mixed
Heat a non stick man to medium / high heat.
Add the batter in small circles. We’ve gone for plain this time but you could mix some blueberries into the mix – or if you’re feeling chocolaty add in some dark chocolate pieces.
When the edges look dry flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Serve in a stack. Top with anything you like. Today we’ve gone for blueberries and maple syrup but we love a peanut butter & dark chocolate combo too!!
