Overnight oats are a perfect breakfast, especially for the people who have to get up and out in the morning. Simply prepare the night before and enjoy on your way to work !!
Grab a bowl or jar and fill it with your desired amount of oats. (If you pop in a jar then you can take to work the next day)
Cover the oats with a milk of choice.
For some extra omega-3 and protein add a teaspoon of chia seeds
Add a little hint of flavour such as cinnamon, ginger, cocoa powder.
Add your favourite fruits and nuts. One of our favourites is blueberry, mango and hazelnut. (bananas are best to add in the morning)
Cover and leave in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours.
