Overnight oats are a perfect breakfast, especially for the people who have to get up and out in the morning. Simply prepare the night before and enjoy on your way to work !! 

  • Grab a bowl or jar and fill it with your desired amount of oats. (If you pop in a jar then you can take to work the next day)

  • Cover the oats with a milk of choice. 

  • For some extra omega-3 and protein add a teaspoon of chia seeds 

  • Add a little hint of flavour such as cinnamon, ginger, cocoa powder. 

  • Add your favourite fruits and nuts. One of our favourites is blueberry, mango and hazelnut. (bananas are best to add in the morning)  

  • Cover and leave in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours.
