A slower practice, in which floor poses (typically held for 3 to 5 minutes) target the connective tissue of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Harmony and wellbeing are obtained as the energetic pathways in the body are opened, releasing blockages and allowing chi or prana to flow freely.
In a world where we muscle through things and everyone is over-scheduled, we rarely give ourselves permission to just sit and be. In this yin yoga class, Andy will play music, read poetry and use high grade essential oils to create a safe nurturing space for you to unwind and reconnect with your true self.
