90s Party Barre | Saturdays 10am
“From pop princesses to cheesy boy-bands and from dance classics to smash hits, 90s Party Barre has got it all. Lose yourself in a world of Top of The Pops, Sugar Magazine & Miss Sixty Jeans as we transport you to arguably the most fun decade for music, fashion & dance. This class will incorporate cardio barre moves to work up that 90s sweat whilst also focusing on those small glute & leg muscles to get that famous barre burn. A couple of body conditioning tracks will be thrown in to tone & strengthen and you will end the class with a deep & focused stretch. This class has the ultimate feel-good factor so come sweat with us, 90s style!”
Retro Dance Conditioning | Saturdays 11am
“Wanna warm up like the kids of Fame? How about practice dance exercises to Grease? Ever wondered how the Cabaret girls stayed so strong? This barre & dance conditioning class has a strong musical theatre influence, with a big focus on technique, alignment & core strength. Dancers are some of the strongest people in the world and this class will help to improve your dance ability & strength. We will use the barre, the floor and a variety of equipment to push our bodies to the limit, whilst all the while singing our hearts out to some of those classic show-tunes! Expect the muscle shakes after this intense & focused class.”
