Steph is well on the road to recovery from her ankle injury and will be back taking her evening barre, Pilates and fitness classes from Monday 7th January.
TUESDAY’S
Anwar is taking over from Marlon with a brand new WEIGHTS based fitness class – “Worth the Weight” at 07:15 on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Catherine will be teaching new Vinyasa Flow class at 12:30
