Our first Yoga Alliance Accredited 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training was a huge success and registration is now open to join us for next year’s course starting in February 2019. 

If you’re interested in becoming a yoga teacher and are curious about what the Refinery Yoga Teacher Training entails, why not come along and meet the lead teachers on the course. 

The training will include the following: 

• The history of Yoga

• Asana

• Pranayama

• Philosophy including the Sutras and 8 limbs

• Anatomy

• Meditation and Mantra

• Teaching methodology

• Sequencing

• Assisting (verbal and hands on)

• Practice teaching
