Alicia’s teaching journey began after suffering a back injury, as a professional dancer she was seeking a balance between mind and body that would keep her fit and healthy for work.
Alicia loves to help people become more in touch with their body and posture, drawing on her dance experience to inspire creative sequences.
Later training in Pilates and gaining further knowledge of body mechanics, she loves to share the benefits Pilates can bring to everyday life.

A massive fan of Pasta in all its shapes and sizes. You will find her dancing to anything from Leon Vynhall and to chill her film of choice is the classic Shawshank Redemption.
