In the UK we struggle to produce vitamin D, especially during the winter months.  At this time of year our reserves are drastically low and so we need to ensure that we are supporting our bodies and our immune systems with the plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Try this zingy immune boosting green juice recipe first thing in the morning:

  • 2 fennel bulbs 

  • 1 bunch of celery 

  • 1 bunch of kale 

  • 1 cucumber 

  • 1 apple 

  • 1/2 lemon (peeled) 


Pop all ingredients into juicer and serve.
