Ingredients:
1L water boiled
3 to 4 handfuls of dried hibiscus flowers
1 tbsp agave (can add more or less to suit your taste)
1 lime juiced & 1 for serving
50 ml pineapple juice
Method:
Boil water in a pan & add the hibiscus petals.
Turn off the hob and allow to infuse for 10 mins.
Remove petals, add in agave syrup & stir.
Add lime juice & pineapple juice
Allow to cool & store in the fridge
To serve – fill a glass with ice and pour over. Serve with a wedge of lime.
