We are proud to be involved with the Hackney Festival of Fitness. It’s warm up weekend of fitness in the run up to the hackney half marathon on Sunday 19th May.
Friday will be full of warm up and stretch. Saturday is all about the sweaty sessions where we will be teaching a Mattitude class & a Yoga Flow.
It will be great to some friendly and familiar faces! Whether your taking part in the race or not, it’s a great way to spend some time outdoors, moving your body and having fun!!
