If you haven’t already been to one of Rishin’s Restorative Yoga classes you are seriously missing out.  Restorative Yoga with Therapeutic Assists is a full-service self care experience.  The practice will pull from quieter modalities including gentle movement, restorative stretches and yin poses.  Healing therapeutic hands on adjustments will be given throughout class. Rishin teaches Restorative Yoga with Therapeutic Assists as well as Power Yoga. He is one of the best body workers around and incorporates this knowledge into all of his classes.
