REFINERY IN THE HOUSE @ EQUILIBRIUM FESTIVAL

WHO? Zoe, Ellie and our Nutritional Therapist and Life Coach, Pandora. 

Zoe will be teaching Yoga Fit Flow, a popular and loved Refinery class. It will connect mind and body with a most cardio focused workout, matched, as always, to an 80’s or 90’s playlist. The music is as important as the yoga!! You will be challenged by non-stop movement. Yoga is not all about achieving postures but allowing you to feel strong, strengthened and cleansed in both the body and mind. You will leave the class feeling totally re-centered. 

Ellie will be teaching Forest yoga with her ever warming, grounded and inclusive attitude. She strives to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable before, during and after practice with a strong focus and encouragement on playfulness and a practice with out competition and judgement. Ellie is known for her long holds and hands on assists. She creates a beautiful space for her students to look deep within, freeing them to heal both emotionally and physically. 

Pandora will be giving one of her innovative and thought provoking talks on how to eat and live intuitively. Join Pandora for an introductory talk on what it means to live and eat intuitively and how to being this life-changing practice. What are we really hungry for? Intuitive eating is based on the principle of honouring what our body craves, with a focus on nourishment and fulfilment as opposed to guilt and restriction. It enables us to become experts of ourselves and live a life full of satisfaction.
