Sometimes we can spend forever thinking and thinking about what to do next, or our making to do lists that never get done. While there is nothing wrong with writing lists (it’s a great way to focus the mind)…but it sometimes takes everything you’ve got to get the list done and then you feel like you need a lie down.
There is something to be said for a bit more spontaneity and drive. We really do have to remind ourselves to seize the day that’s in front of us, rather than worrying about years ahead. Take a leap and do what you’ve been putting off. It could be as mundane as booking the dentist, or as dramatic as dumping the toxic person or people in your life 😉
More often than not, we are the creator of our own chains, but the realisation of this means we can liberate ourselves from them too! Take charge and do what brings you joy.

This has been one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make, but unfortunately we have to close the doors of the studio after 11 years due to insanely rising costs and the effects of algorithms from big tech. We want to celebrate our successes and the truly special community around us. We have had the BEST time welcoming so many amazing people through our doors. Last day will be 31st May and you will still be able to purchase one off drop ins for the classes which will help us support the teachers in this transitional phase. Please understand there can be no refunds on passes that have not been used. Words can’t begin to describe the deep feeling of gratitude we have for you and how much we will miss seeing you all take care of yourselves and others. We’ll be back in another form soon 🙂
