We will take you through a freestyle fusion that is guaranteed to make you sweat, shake and smile!! You will use some small pieces of equipment such as light weights, resistance bands and medicine balls to add a little extra something to tone up your arms and shoulders/ Whilst we are at the barre or on the floor – body weight alone provides enough added resistance (trust us)! There are no machines and no heavy lifting. These low impact exercises lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles as you’re burning fat and increasing balance. Be prepared to jab, hook, pump, kick and lift your way to a stronger, leaner and more powerful you!!
