20:20:20 is a full body workout that mixes cardio, muscle strengthening and core sculpting. Taryne will take you through 20 minutes HIIT, 20 minutes kettle bells and 20 minutes core & cool.
Filled with fun, fury and focus this class certainly puts your strength and stamina to the test! If you’re looking for a little bit of respite – don’t worry, you get 30 seconds between each circuit to catch your breath.
Each class will target all your muscles in the body, and it will be clear that any muscle that could possibly be worked, will have been. Be prepared for blood, sweat and tears … ok, we’re joking – just a whole load of SWEAT!!
