Vinyasa means to link in a special way and in particular when we go with the flow and transition with breath from one Asana (Posture) to the next. Benefits include getting more breath and therefore vital life force into the body, stimulating the cardiac system and resetting the nervous system.
When we focus intently on something it stops the inane chatter that disturbs us, so this beautiful practice of embodying breath, movement and intention can have a deeply calming and cleansing effect, at the same time as strengthening and opening our deepest layers physically, mentally and emotionally. Lighten yourself up from the inside out 😍
