Set to great music, this fun and energising barre class combines yoga, ballet and sculpting methods with small, precise movements to target and tone trouble spots.
Barre + Body Conditioning provides a full body workout including core, arms, legs, glutes, strength, balance and stretch. Ensuring students never get bored class will be switched up on a regular basis and equipment such as resistance bands, pilates balls and hand held weights may be used to max out the burn factor. For best results come regularly and you will quickly notice tighter abs, a pert booty and sculpted thighs. Plus you will develop longer, leaner definition and better balance and flexibility.

Students will be taken through a serious of dynamic, fun and high energy moves drawn from ballet barre techniques, yielding incredible results. This class gets into the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral muscles, working them to exhaustion giving you a tight, chiseled body. After just three or four sessions, you can expect lean limbs, an improved posture and a very strong core.
