‘Find your Fit by MINDBODY’
Begin with bodyweight
You don’t need gyms and fancy equipment for a full body work out. In this class, you’ll be taken through exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups to work up a sweat and learn moves you can take with you anywhere.
Intro to yoga balances
Ever wondered what a crow is? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to stand on your head? These classes will introduce you to various yoga balances and prove they aren’t that scary after all.
Let’s HiiT the basics
High-Intensity Interval Training will set your pulse racing with a series of quick and intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery periods. You’ll learn the best exercises to maximise the benefits of working out in a short period of time.
Meet your core
A strong core sets the foundation for every move we do. In these barre and pilates inspired workouts, you’ll work your entire core (not just your abs!) and learn how to engage it throughout your everyday workouts.
