Ingredients:
1.5 liters filtered water
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
Instructions:
Place cumin, coriander and fennel seeds in a pan.
Add boiling water and allow simmer for 10 – 15mins until water has reduced to approx 1 litre.
Drink throughout the day.
Drinking warm water and hot tea throughout the say is said to increase out digestive ‘fire’ and help keep it running efficiently.
