This is certainly a breakfast worth jumping out of bed for! Packed with warming spices and seasonal fruits you’ll feel comforted and energised on these darker, cooler mornings. It’s so quick and super simple too ! 

 

Ingredients: 

Seasonal fruit: Figs, plums, berries

Yoghurt (greek yoghurt, skyr, coconut yoghurt) 

Topping : Granola / nuts / seeds 

Honey 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp cardamom 

1/2 tsp Coconut oil 

 

Method:

Heat skillet and add coconut oil 

 

Cook figs, berries, plums & any fruit you would like on your bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom.  Figs & plums take around 5mins while the berries will warm up in seconds so make sure you add them first.

 

Add a few tablespoons of yoghurt to a bowl, add the fruit, sprinkle with granola (we used the delicious granola that the lovely Pandora created – check it out), drizzle with honey and you’re ready to go!
