Visvamitrasana is a bad ass asana: It’s an arm balance, it’s hip opener, it’s shoulder opener, a hamstring stretch, and a twist, all in one!! Such a big pose that took me many MANY years to learn and master, but the fun thing about it is that you have to work on so many different aspects to get there.
You have to work on your side planks, on your splits, and on your twists. But when you finally get there is such a powerful and energetic asana!!
