A workshop where we explore how nutrition, yoga and meditation techniques can support you during times of stress. Expect a blend of yoga, a session on how stress affects the body and how nutrition can have a big impact and a soothing meditation. You’ll leave the workshop feeling more informed and relaxed!

Leading the class is Millie, a nutritional therapist and yoga teacher. She is excited to share how these tools can help you with your day to day lives.
