Join Yogarox for a unique and immersive experience that blends the relaxing benefits of yin yoga with the healing powers of crystals and sound therapy.

This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you unwind, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Charlotte, the founder of Yogarox, a wellness expert who has made a name for herself through her unique approach to healing. With a background in crystal healing, sound healing, and a yin and vinyasa yoga guide, Charlotte has created a holistic wellness brand that has helped countless individuals find balance and well-being.

Charlotte’s expertise has been recognized by a variety of high-profile organizations, including Fortnum and Mason, AllBright, The Ministry, Refinery E9, TimeOut, Kobalt Music, Missoma, Heaps and Stacks, and more. She has collaborated with these brands to bring her unique wellness services to their audiences, offering a range of experiences from yoga classes and meditation sessions to crystal healing workshops and sound baths.

Charlotte will begin with a down regulating breathing practice to calm the nervous system. This shift will promote a sense of calmness and inner balance, ideal for the gentle, meditative practice of yin yoga. As you move through the yoga sequence, Charlotte will use a variety of instruments and techniques to promote relaxation and calm the nervous system, helping you to tap into your connective tissue to release tension, emotions and anything no longer serving you. You will have time to journal allowing you to identify emotions and feelings that arise in each position.

Charlotte will then place carefully selected crystals on the Chakra system on your body, using their healing properties to promote balance, harmony, and positive energy. During the Chakra crystal healing you will be immersed in soothing soundscapes, using a variety of instruments to enable grounding, relaxation and healing.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and more in tune with your mind and body.

This experience is suitable for all levels, and no prior experience with yoga or meditation is required.
