Welcome in the changing of the seasons in this nourishing Yin and sound workshop with Pam Sagoo. Working on your subconscious and discovering what you need for your self in different areas of your life to help you through this next season and chapter of your year.
Practice will begin with breathwork and meditation to decompress. This will be followed by a juicy Yin Yoga practice to open us up physically and mentally and to get into our bodies and connect to ourselves on a deeper level.
Then you will journal what came up during meditation in order to stay present and release what doesn’t serve you.
Everything we seek is with in us we just need to take a little time out to work out what it is that we really want deep down inside.
Journal, pens, warm comfy clothes and your beautiful self is all you need.
