As a nutritionist, I hope to guide you through the complexities of your desired area of focus, empowering you to take control of your health and equipping you with tools and knowledge that you can use for a lifetime.
I look at the whole you and all aspects of your health and wellness will be explored in our work together. Your food, lifestyle, environment, stress, emotional health and attitude towards food will all be considered in a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space. I don’t focus on specific dietary models or fads in my practice as I believe there is no one size fits all approach as each person is unique.
I look to identify imbalances in the body that I feel may be underpinning symptoms and ill health, addressing them through bespoke diet and lifestyle changes and supplements where necessary.
As well as being a registered nutritional therapist I’m also a whole foods chef, so I’ll also give you practical advice on how to implement your plan as well as a personalised recipe pack to get you inspired.
