If you’re curious to learn more about Chakras then this is the class for you. Chakras are energy centres in the body that affect us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This unique class fuses a strong, yet calming asana practice, breathing techniques, affirmations and mood lighting to help bring balance to the Chakra locations in the body. Some weeks students will move through each of the Chakra locations, going into postures where they can focus on each of the seven Chakras.
Other weeks students will focus on unblocking or rebalancing one Chakra, allowing the energy to flow freely through this area once more.
This is a gentle yet powerful class using visualisations along with words of inspiration to guide Yogis to a place of balance and serenity.
