Laura left the big job in the city (proud Mary Style) after work left her unable to unwind and stressed out.
She finally found her release on the mat during her yoga practice.
Her love of yogic philosophy, bodywork and fun-loving energy, flows through her classes.
After qualifying with the Refinery in 2018 Laura now teaches Vinyasa flow, as well as chakra meditation + Yoga Nidra, cherishing the space for students to journey inward.
Inspired by many yoga practises, Laura brings her many influences into her teaching.
