Ellie teaches Forrest Yoga which is a strong healing practice. Her passion and care for her students shows in every class. She also leads beautiful Yoga Nidra and Slow Flow classes.
Ellie first trained in Ashtanga in India and quickly went on to become a teacher there and part of the shala family. Since then she has been training under Ana Forrest and has completed both her Foundation and Advanced Forrest Teacher Training.
Ellie loves how yoga can change our outlook on daily life, leaving us stronger, happier and more connected to our true selves. With a warm, grounded and inclusive attitude, she strives to make everyone in the class feel welcome and comfortable before, during and after practice. Ellie is known for her long holds and hands on assists. She creates a space for her students to look deep within, freeing them to heal both emotionally and physically.
